Six buildings combined deliver expansion potential in downtown Boston
Boston, MA - Dec. 29, 2006 - Core Investments Inc., today announced the
completion of its purchase of 21-45 Temple Street and 33-41 West Street in
the heart of the Ladder District. This six building parcel boosts 112,000
square foot of class B office, retail and potential residential space.
The transaction was finalized on Friday, Dec. 22, 2006. The financing was
put together by Anthony Cutone of Holliday, Fenoglio, Fowler, LP of Boston,
MA. Moving the Boston renaissance forward Core Investments Inc. will begin
immediate renovation and restoration to the historic character of the
exterior, updating the façade, roof, windows, lobby and common areas.
Highest and best use includes retail buildout, custom office suites,
residential and student housing.
